Convening the Community to Envision the Future

VISION 100 was developed by engaging in a process of discovering the kind of future our Rogers-Lowell community wanted. Residents were given opportunities last year to express their ideas in an online survey and a series of community tables. Through this discovery, we learned what our community envisions for itself in anticipation of our area reaching a population of 100,000 before 2035.

Since 1989 the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce has been the Keeper of the Community Vision and proactively collaborated with city and regional leaders to produce strategic visioning plans. VISION 100 is our most recent program unveiled at the 2019 Leaders Conference in the Fall of 2019.

    Testimonials

“Sometimes it can be lonely being an entrepreneur, so getting to know other businesses through the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce has been a great asset. I found the ability to serve on different committees to be beneficial, as I am a part of the ambassador committee and I get to go to new businesses when they open and welcome them to the community. Having an advocate in your corner like the chamber is invaluable.”
    – Rachel Korpella, Korpella Design
“The Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce connects people and businesses from all across Northwest Arkansas. They are a great resource to use when you need help, when you have questions, or when you are seeking guidance for your business. The chamber helps the community thrive and continue to grow and it is a great asset to take advantage of.”
    – Keith Branch, Branch Photography
“We were so glad to be a part of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce’s NWA Fall Job Fair. We received over 40 applications that day and were able to fill over a dozen open positions in our facility as a result.”
    – Marc Campbell, FM Corporation
“Being a member of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce has helped grow our organization by increasing our outreach into the community and connecting us with people we may not otherwise connect with. It has really helped us get more involved, in Downtown Rogers especially, through networking.”
    – Joseph Farmer, Arkansas Public Theatre
“I am self-employed and one of the first things I decided to do when I moved here was get involved in the community. I came from a much larger area, and I have been very pleased with the support and resources I have received from the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce compared to what I have experienced from other chambers in the past. I am really impressed with the work this chamber does for Northwest Arkansas”
    – Grace Judson
“The job fair we participated in was a key component in our strategy to hire the talent that most fits our new business. Our Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce membership has been valuable to us through networking with fellow members and has really worked to establish name recognition for Neighbor’s Mill in Rogers.”
    – Michael Brooks, Neighbor’s Mill Bakery & Café
