Ribbon Cuttings provide a great opportunity for you to introduce yourself and your business to your community, whether you've just opened your doors or have been established for years. With a ribbon cutting, you're hitting community engagement, brand awareness, and new business potential all in one.

Below are our package options to help make your ribbon cutting special and best suit your needs.

Tier 1 – Member Basic (Included with Membership | One per year | 30-mile radius | during business hours)

Cost: FREE for Chamber Members

Our Basic Ribbon Cutting is a professional photo opportunity to celebrate your grand opening, anniversary, or new location. (If your organization has previously hosted a ribbon cutting and would like to schedule another to celebrate a rebrand, relocation, expansion, or milestone anniversary, please contact the Chamber so we can assist with available options.)

Includes:

Chamber-provided ribbon and ceremonial scissors
Chamber Ambassadors in attendance
Official photo taken by Chamber staff
Social media post on the Chamber’s Facebook page and LinkedIn page (bi-weekly roundup post)
Event featured in weekly Calendar at a Glance story
Photo uploaded to gallery to Chamber’s website
Framed ribbon cutting photo, hand-delivered (or mailed for home-based businesses)
Staff will email photos to Member after ceremony
Option to host at your location (within 30 miles) or at the Chamber office

Tier 2 – Member Enhanced (Premium Exposure)

Cost: $250

Take your celebration to the next level with a wider audience and a festive experience that makes your milestone memorable.

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

Invitations extended to the Rogers or Lowell Mayor, and Chamber staff
Celebration enhancements with confetti cannons
Dedicated social media post on either LinkedIn or Facebook (depending on which platform would best reach Member’s target audience.)
Event listing on Chamber Community Calendar

Tier 3 – Member Elite (Full Promotion Package)

Cost: $500

Maximize your visibility and impact with the Chamber’s most comprehensive promotional package.

Includes everything in Tiers 1 & 2, plus:

Invitations extended to the entire Chamber membership
Member News article published on Chamber website (Member to provide article)
Premium exposure and enhanced event promotion includes a professional on-site photographer who will capture 3–5 high-quality images tailored to your business. These images will be featured in an expanded social media post (see examples here), which includes additional photos and enhanced written content highlighting your business, and are also provided to the member for use on their website, social media, and marketing materials.

Non-Member Ribbon Cutting| 30-mile radius | during business hours

Cost: $400

Available for non-members who wish to celebrate their business opening or milestone with Chamber support.

Includes:

Chamber-provided ribbon and ceremonial scissors
Chamber Ambassadors in attendance
Official photo taken by Chamber staff
Staff will email photos to Member after ceremony
Celebration enhancements with confetti cannons

Newspaper Promotion

Cost: $150

If you would like your ribbon cutting photography to be published in the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, please download and fill out the form below and email it to [email protected]. The photography will be placed as a two-column by five-inch (2x5) black and white display advertisement in their print edition, as well as in full color in their digital edition. Once we receive your form, we will submit your photograph and caption to the newspaper on your behalf.
