How to register in Arkansas.

You must fill out a paper Voter Registration Application in Arkansas available at your local county clerk’s office, local revenue or DMV office, public library, disability agency, military recruitment office or download from the Arkansas Secretary of State website. You may also call the Arkansas Secretary of State Elections Division to obtain an application form at (800) 482-1127.
