Generations Legal Group, the Bentonville-based estate planning and elder law firm led by Certified Elder Law Attorney Todd Whatley, today announced that Gregory Law Firm of Siloam Springs and its principal attorney, Paul Gregory, have joined the Generations Legal Group firm. The move brings Generations Legal Group's planning services closer to families in Siloam Springs, Gentry, Gravette and the surrounding communities — as well as clients in neighboring Oklahoma — while adding Gregory's broad practice experience to the firm.
Gregory, a born-and-raised Arkansan from Foreman in the southwest corner of the state, has served clients across Northwest Arkansas as a solo practitioner. Bankruptcy Courts for both districts. He is also a licensed mediator for civil and probate matters in Arkansas and has served as city attorney for several Arkansas cities.
What Gregory Law Firm brings to Generations Legal Group clients
- Probate and civil mediation — a licensed mediator who can help families resolve estate and inheritance disagreements outside the courtroom
- Probate and estate administration — guiding families through the court process after a loved one passes
- Real estate — deeds, transfers and property matters that often surface during planning and estate settlement
- Business law — contracts, entity formation and support for business succession planning
- Bankruptcy — experience in federal bankruptcy court for clients facing financial hardship
- A Siloam Springs presence — local, in-person access for clients in western Benton County and neighboring communities
These services complement Generations Legal Group's core work in wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, long-term care and Medicaid planning, and guardianship.
"Families don't plan in a vacuum — a parent's estate plan often touches the family home, a small business, or a disagreement among siblings. Paul brings experience in exactly those areas, along with deep roots in western Benton County. We're proud to welcome him and to serve Siloam Springs families closer to home," said Todd Whatley, Certified Elder Law Attorney and founder of Generations Legal Group.
" My clients have always been my neighbors, and joining Generations Legal Group means I can offer them a full team focused on protecting their families for the long haul — from estate planning to long-term care. I'm excited about what we'll be able to do together," said Paul Gregory.
