HALL JOINS FIRST COMMUNITY BANK MORTGAGE TEAM
Batesville, AR (October 5, 2026) First Community Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Isabella Hall as mortgage market development coordinator, serving the bank’s entire footprint across Arkansas and Missouri.
Based in the bank’s Rogers location, Hall will focus on expanding First Community Bank’s mortgage presence throughout the communities it serves by building relationships with customers, real estate professionals, builders, and other community partners. In her role, she will help connect prospective homebuyers with the bank’s mortgage lending team and resources while supporting business development and community outreach efforts across the organization.
Hall recently graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations and a minor in marketing. She joins First Community Bank after gaining valuable experience through internships and part-time roles at three First Community Bank locations across Arkansas while completing her education.
“I’m incredibly grateful to join First Community Bank full time and take on this opportunity to support our mortgage team across the bank,” Hall said. “Having grown with First Community Bank through internships over the years, I’ve seen firsthand the commitment our employees have to customers and the communities they serve. I’m excited to build new relationships, strengthen existing ones, and help connect more people with our mortgage team and the resources available to them as they pursue homeownership.”
Hall chose to remain in Northwest Arkansas after graduating, where she is based while serving communities throughout First Community Bank’s footprint. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, exploring local restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time with her dog, Miller.
“Isabella has already demonstrated a genuine passion for serving others and a strong commitment to First Community Bank’s mission,” said Natalie Bartholomew, community president for Northwest Arkansas. “Having grown with our organization through an internship, she understands our culture and values. Her ability to connect with people and build meaningful relationships will be a tremendous asset to our mortgage team as we continue expanding our reach and serving customers throughout our footprint.
First Community Bank offers a full range of mortgage lending solutions designed to meet the needs of homebuyers throughout Arkansas and Missouri. With local decision-making and experienced lenders, the bank remains committed to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals while delivering the personalized service customers have come to expect.
