Collier and Associates Announces New Benton County HQ.
Fayetteville-based real estate brokerage Collier & Associates is making a significant investment in Northwest Arkansas with plans to build a new Benton County headquarters in Rogers.
The new office, located on approximately 2 acres near Pleasant Grove and Bellview Road. Construction is set to begin in May 2026, with completion anticipated in early 2027.
According to Founder and Principal Broker Stuart Collier, the new space is designed to support the company’s continued growth while enhancing the experience for agents, clients, and the broader community.

The Benton County headquarters will serve as a central location for the company’s expanding presence, complementing its existing Washington County headquarters in Fayetteville, along with a office in Farmington. Collier noted that the company will continue to maintain a presence in Pinnacle Hills, which remains a key, walkable area within the market.
Collier & Associates has experienced steady growth in recent years, driven by a collaborative culture and a focus on agent development, innovation, and client experience. The company currently supports more than 260 agents across Northwest Arkansas and continues to expand its footprint as the region grows.
