OWN, Inc., a 100% employee-owned civil engineering firm, announced the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors: Cody White, Vice President, Director of Operations; Jared Davis, Vice President, Division Leader - Land Development; and Anna Ruis, Vice President, Director of Strategy.
Jared Davis, brings over a decade of technical and leadership experience within the firm’s land development practice. With oversight of projects spanning commercial, industrial, residential, civic, and mixed-use developments, Jared offers valuable insight into client needs, project delivery, and market trends.
With 20 years at OWN, Cody White, brings deep institutional knowledge and operational expertise to the Board. Cody works closely with teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across the firm’s services and markets. His operational leadership supports OWN’s ability to scale while maintaining a high standard of service for clients and communities.
Anna Ruis contributes a forward-looking perspective shaped by her work in strategic planning, organizational alignment, and long-term growth initiatives. Her role on the Board reinforces OWN’s commitment to thoughtful expansion, innovation, and alignment between strategy, execution, and people.
