Henderson Companies, the parent company of Henderson Engineers and Henderson Building Solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Donckers as its new Client Sector Executive. Based out of the firm’s Bentonville, Ark., office, Donckers will lead operations, growth strategy, financial performance, and client and employee experience for a key business sector dedicated to design and construction projects for one of the world’s largest retailers.
Donckers brings more than two decades of retail experience to Henderson. He began his career in 1999 in retail design, developing specialty food and coffee concepts informed by demographic analysis, real estate strategy, and national expansion planning. His expertise later expanded into retail consulting, merchandising, vendor relations, and store operations before transitioning to civil and architectural engineering, where he supported large-scale expansion and remodel programs for two of America’s largest supermarket chains. Over the years, he has held multiple leadership roles across building shell design, merchandising project management, and enterprise program management.

Donckers succeeds Vince Masilionis, who continues at Henderson as a leader, project director, and mentor, and is playing an active role in the transition.
