Royal Valet’s story began in 2012, when founder and owner Mandy McElroy recognized a need for a truly excellent valet service in the Tulsa area. With a background in hospitality and customer service, Mandy set out to create an elevated experience—one focused on genuine connection, professionalism, and exceeding expectations.
What began as a humble side project quickly grew into something much more. With the support of her husband and fellow entrepreneur, Scott, Mandy poured her passion for people into the business. As Royal Valet served more guests, word spread quickly about their commitment to integrity and “over-the-top” customer care. Before long, Royal Valet wasn’t just filling a gap—it was setting the standard.
