Armstrong Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Alec Tahy as Vice President, Relationship Banker at its Rogers location. With nearly a decade of experience spanning retail, finance, and eCommerce leadership, Tahy brings a unique blend of strategic insight, customer focus, and operational expertise to the Northwest Arkansas market.
Prior to joining Armstrong Bank, Tahy spent nearly eight years at Walmart and Sam’s Club, holding leadership roles across merchandising, finance, and digital growth. His experience includes roles such as Director of Customer Growth for Walmart U.S. eCommerce, where he led digital acquisition and engagement strategies, and Senior Manager II of Merchandise Exit & Liquidations, Sam’s Club, optimizing enterprise-wide inventory recovery and supply chain efficiency.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Tahy is passionate about supporting local families, developers, and business owners. Outside the bank, he enjoys golf, traveling with his family, and spending time outdoors. He and his wife, Bailey, have two children: Stella (4) and William (2), with a third child expected in April.
