Following two days of rigorous judging by an international panel of esteemed wine experts, Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery won the Platinum Best-of-Class Award for their 2021 Sassafras Syrah Wine.
Per Gene Long, owner, “This year’s competition was intense, with more than 753 wine entries from 29 U.S. States and 12 Countries, so we are humbled and excited to hear we won. Our Syrah has been a crowd favorite for years and it is an honor to receive this very special recognition.”
