Press Ganey survey recognizes Circle of Life as a top workplace in healthcare

Circle of Life has been recognized as one of the best places to work in healthcare, ranking in the 98th percentile nationwide in employee satisfaction, according to the latest Press Ganey Employee Survey.

The survey, which included nearly 5,600 healthcare organizations and 1.3 million respondents, highlights Circle of Life’s exceptional workplace culture and commitment to employee well-being.

The Press Ganey survey evaluates both employee satisfaction and engagement, measuring how valued and involved employees feel in their work. In addition to assessing working conditions, the survey includes questions about recognition of excellence, respect among colleagues, and whether employees feel their voices are heard.
