Seeks New Job Partners to Support Area Businesses, Diversify the Workforce, and Enhance Employment Opportunities

Rogers, Ark. – Open Avenues, a leading training center dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, is actively seeking new job partners.

Having provided vocational training and job placement to adults with disabilities for nearly 5 decades, Open Avenues has a proven track record of providing quality work to area businesses. Its Training Center serves local industrial partners with various packaging, sorting and assembly needs, including shrink wrapping, heat sealing, and recycling.

Industrial partners receive a quality product at a competitive price while directly benefiting people with disabilities in the Northwest Arkansas community. The jobs accomplished within Open Avenues Training Center provide participants with the fulfillment of work, while building their skillsets and confidence.
