Jon Harrell, Chairman and CEO of Generations Bank, announced today that the bank’s board of directors has appointed August Rusher as the bank’s Chief Lending Officer. Rusher has most recently been serving as Market President for the bank’s Bentonville branch.
“August has a tremendous wealth of lending experience and innate leadership skills that will enable him to lead the bank’s lending team as they continue to serve the communities in which the bank operates. He embodies the core values that have helped Generations Bank be a community leader for 115 years and counting,” said Harrell.
August has been with Generations Bank for 15 years working in the Rogers and Bentonville markets. In his new role, Rusher will now oversee the bank’s new lender training program and assist in developing a strong skillset in the bank’s growing team of loan officers. A graduate of Southwest Graduate School of Banking, August brings an exceptional knowledge of commercial lending and relationship building. August and his family have lived in NWA for 25 years.
Generations Bank has also announced the addition of Jared Gabriele as Market President for the Bentonville market.
