NWA Council and University of Arkansas Conducting DEI Survey for Area Businesses

The Northwest Arkansas Council, in collaboration with the Center for Business and Economic Research at the Sam M. Walton College of Business in the University of Arkansas, is conducting a survey to understand the diversity and inclusion efforts within the Northwest Arkansas business community. The survey results will help guide the Northwest Arkansas Council's efforts to attract and retain talent across the region and ensure all residents are able to take advantage of expanding economic, educational, civic and cultural opportunities.

Employers who complete the survey will receive a $10 Starbucks gift card and be entered into a drawing for one of three $50 Walmart gift cards.
