Hustle in Heels is a program of the Rogers Lowell Chamber dedicated to empowering, educating, and connecting women in business.

Featured Speaker: Jahnneliz Jones, PMHNP-BC-Owner | Psyche NWA
Jahnneliz is a compassionate and dedicated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who understands how overwhelming it can feel to seek treatment and find the right care. She partners with patients to create individualized treatment plans that go beyond managing symptoms, focusing on healing, growth, and long-term well-being.
She provides care for a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, addiction, schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and eating disorders. Along with evidence-based medication management, she integrates non-pharmacological approaches to support each patient’s unique journey to health.
“My goal is to guide and empower you in the process of building a healthier life not just through treatment, but through growth and understanding.”
In her spare time, she enjoys being a twin mom, crafting, and being outdoors with her family.

Featured Speaker: Eden Graff, PA-C CAQ
Eden Graff is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in psychiatry, with a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Psychiatry. She is passionate about providing compassionate, empathetic, and evidence-based care while partnering with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan that supports their goals and well-being.
Outside of work, Eden enjoys spending time with her husband and their one-year-old, exploring nature, and being involved in their church and community.
