NWA Community Showcase

NWA Community Showcase, presented by PepsiCo and Walton Family Foundation, and in partnership with the City of Rogers, is our free Downtown Rogers event celebrating our inclusive and welcoming community with fun, multicultural experiences for all ages:

• Entertainment: Enjoy live singing and dancing performances throughout the day on Butterfield Stage
• Foodie Adventure: Taste a variety of delicious cultural foods and free non-alcoholic drinks 
• Marketplace: Shop local and support our community’s small businesses and entrepreneurs 
• Arts & Culture: Explore exhibits and enjoy fun, family activities
• Outdoor Fun: Discover the Playard for kids at Railyard Park

How to Participate: 

• Attend with your family and friends for free, with no tickets required 
• Reserve your exhibit booth space to build awareness in the community of your brand, products and services
• Sponsor the event to demonstrate your company’s commitment to building business and community together

Before you begin your registration, please make sure to have your required documents ready for upload: 

• All participating booth vendors, whether selling items or not, must provide a valid Arkansas business license.
• Nonprofit organizations must submit a letter of validity.
• If you plan to sell food items, you must also submit a valid health permit unless your items fall under Cottage Food Law.  (Pre-packaged or purchased food, or food made at home that does not require refrigeration, may not require a health permit under Cottage Food Law.)
