Spotlight Series

Spotlight Series is our quarterly event designed to provide the community with timely knowledge through a panelist of industry leaders from across the region. 

• Join us for a panel discussion with Mayor Chris Moore, Matt Sitton of Sitton Group, LLC, and Wes Craiglow, Executive Director of Urban Land Institute of NWA. Panelists will discuss how recent growth in population, sales tax revenues, commercial development, and housing supply have affected the city. They will also speak to current, large-scale development projects, infrastructure capacity, and how intentional efforts to Downtown Master Planning are vital to ensuring the city focuses on smart growth while meeting demand of the region.

• The focus of the event will be “Growth in Lowell.”  Positioned in the center of the NWA region, Lowell has experienced tremendous growth since 2020 and is well-positioned to extend such growth for the next decade.
