Decode the brain patterns behind your stress and learn simple, science-backed tools to reclaim your focus, energy, and calm. Lunch included.

Mental fitness isn't a personality trait — it's a trainable capacity. Positive Intelligence, developed by Shirzad Chamine and validated through research at Stanford and beyond, identifies the specific cognitive patterns (called Saboteurs) that generate stress, self-doubt, and reactive decision-making. These aren't character flaws; they're survival circuits that outlived their usefulness. You'll understand what's happening in your brain when stress takes over, recognize your own patterns, and leave with a short daily protocol — grounded in neuroplasticity research — that gradually shifts your default from reactive to grounded.

No toxic positivity. No vague promises. Just evidence-informed tools that translate into sharper focus, calmer decision-making, and a clearer read on the thought patterns that have been quietly running the show.
