C.O.P.S. is a national nonprofit organization that provides resources to families and co-workers of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty every year. The Blue Blood Drives will be held in honor of the more than 200 Arkansas law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty in state history.
“The Arkansas chapter of C.O.P.S. is honored to continue our partnership with Community Blood Center of the Ozarks for this year’s Blue Blood Drives,” said Linda Craig, Immediate Past President of Arkansas C.O.P.S. “These drives give our communities a meaningful way to honor fallen officers while helping save lives. Every donation is a tribute to the sacrifices made by law enforcement and a gesture of hope for families who have endured loss. We encourage everyone to join us in giving blood as a powerful way to show gratitude and support.”
“We are proud to stand alongside Arkansas C.O.P.S. and local law enforcement for these Blue Blood Drives,” said Greg Womack, Community Blood Center of the Ozarks. “This partnership reflects our shared commitment to service and community. By donating blood, you’re not only helping patients in need you are honoring the brave men and women who gave their lives protecting others. It is a simple act that makes a lasting impact.”
For every successful blood donation made at a Blue Blood Drive, CBCO will donate ten dollars to Arkansas C.O.P.S. Donors will receive a limited-edition Blue Blood Drive T-shirt, while supplies last.
The Arkansas Chapter of C.O.P.S. invites all local residents to join us as we honor our local law enforcement agencies and help local patients. CBCO is proud to partner with Arkansas C.O.P.S. for these special blood drives.
