Bentonville Mayor Stephanie Orman, Rogers Mayor Greg Hines and Benton County Judge Barry Moerhing will share their experiences, discuss the coordinated response efforts and reflect on the collaborative approach that ensured the safety and recovery of the community.

Panelists:

Rogers Mayor Greg Hines: Greg Hines has been serving as the mayor of Rogers since 2011 after an impressive 12-year tenure on the Rogers City Council, where he was the youngest member in history. A fourth-generation Arkansan, Greg has deep roots in the community, with a diverse career spanning law enforcement, small business ownership, and public service. His leadership has overseen significant developments in Rogers, including the successful passage of two bond elections that have funded major city projects and improvements. Greg attended Rogers Public Schools and the University of Arkansas, and he continues to drive forward the city’s growth and innovation.

Benton County Judge Barry Moerhing: Barry Moehring has been serving as Benton County Judge since 2016, overseeing over 200 employees and managing a $30 million budget. His responsibilities include leading key departments such as emergency services, road management and finance. Before his current role, Barry served two terms on the Benton County Quorum Court and held executive positions at Motorola, Disney and Walmart. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and has been a Benton County resident since 1999.

Bentonville Mayor Stephanie Orman: Stephanie Orman was elected as mayor of Bentonville in 2018, taking the helm of one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation. Before her mayoral role, she served on the Bentonville City Council for four years. Stephanie's professional background includes a notable position as the director of social media and community involvement for McLarty Daniel Automotive in Bentonville. She holds a B.A. in broadcast journalism from the University of Arkansas and an M.A. in communications from Missouri State University.
