Hustle in Heels is an initiative of the Rogers Lowell Chamber dedicated to empowering, educating, and connecting women with a modern approach to professional and business development.
Guest Speaker | Sarah Lowrance – Sr. Director of Sales – Diageo US Spirits – Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club
She has been in the Supplier/Vendor Community for over 22 years with a passion of delivering sales results, building teams, and continuing the advancement of women in within NWA. Sarah is an experienced Senior Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry. She and her family has lived in Wisconsin, St. Louis, Chicago, Denver, and NWA on three different occasions while working for Kraft Foods/Nabisco (10 years), Kellogg’s (7 years) and now Diageo (5 years). Her personal success is largely driven from her athletic background and the inner drive to compete. She played Women’s Basketball at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and now continues that passion by serving on the Board of Directors for Arkansas Athletes Outreach (AAO), where she actively promotes equality in sports for all. Sarah, also served in the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas for many years where she held leadership position by chairing Touch a Truck, That’s my Bag and served on the Board of Directors for 3 years before sustaining. She and her family (Husband Omar, two boys, 3 dogs, 1 cat and 2 bearded dragons) now have made NWA home and considers it the best place in the country to live!

What we'll learn: How to dream big while navigating through, who am I – Mom #1, a wife, and a businesswoman (who has held leadership positions for the past 15 years). Have you ever had questions/doubts…How do you make it all work? Is there enough time in the day? Am I good enough? How did they get there? What’s next for me? Is leadership for me? Can I do it? If so, this will be an inspiring journey from one lady to another.
