Creating career pathways: Destination Rogers and the Rogers Lowell Chamber partner with Rogers Public Schools to host a hospitality and tourism focused career and hiring fair. The event showcases career pathways available in the hospitality and tourism industries to students and gives local employers the chance to fill open jobs.

What's happening: Tourism leaders from Rogers and Northwest Arkansas host students from Rogers Public Schools (RPS) who are interested in hospitality careers. Educators, administrators and career planners will be on hand to outline educational opportunities, career paths and opportunities in the industry.

• The event culminates in a tourism & hospitality career and job fair in the Rogers High School New Arena. Students and industry representatives will meet face-to-face to discuss career paths, internships and employment before the busy tourism season.  We expect several hundred students for this event.
