Welcome Teachers Back to School!

Donate Prizes, Purchase Your Exhibit Booth Space & Join Us!
This annual event celebrates local teachers who are making a big difference in the world.

Teachers give our children so much and use their classrooms as the first steps in educating the next generation of workforce that will keep our businesses and our community thriving well into the future. Though we can never thank them enough, this event is an opportunity to let them know how much we appreciate all that they do.

Member Businesses can participate in three ways!

WELCOME BACK ADDRESS AND PRIZE EXTRAVAGANZA
Here is your chance to give back to the community and say thank you by rewarding our teachers with valuable door prizes. About 1,200 teachers are expected to attend the celebratory event. Your Chamber staff will announce winners one-by-one, thanking the donor, and waiting for the winning teachers' schools to erupt in cheers! After all 100+ prizes have been given out, Sam's Furniture and other sponsors will announce large prizes being donated to deserving teachers.

The Fair opens at 11:00 a.m. when over a thousand teachers exit the prize giveaway in the auditorium. 

The fair and complimentary lunch is a fun, bustling opportunity to engage with the district's educators. The Chamber organizes this portion of the day's celebration, sponsored by the Fair Sponsor, Hight-Jackson Associates, P.A. This is a great opportunity to present your products and services to more than 1,200 faculty and staff of the public schools, charter schools, private schools, and the community college.

Booth space is very affordable, starting at $100 for non-profits, $125 for members, and $350 for non-members. Each booth includes a 6' table & 2 chairs.

NOTE: Vendors are highly encouraged to set up on Monday, August  8 from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., but can also set up Tuesday, August 9 from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. A limited number of reserved 15-minute load-in spaces will be available both days in the lot on the Northside of the school, off W. Perry Road. Limited vendor-only parking will be available in that lot, and overflow parking will be open in the lot at 2100 W. Perry Road.
