Hustle in Heels - LADIES LEAD NWA is an initiative of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce dedicated to empowering, educating, and connecting women with a modern approach to professional and business development.
Empowered Through Transparency
2020 taught us many lessons, and chief among them is that our need for genuine connection is very real. But how much do we edit and filter ourselves, on social media and in real life, and how does that impact the connections we make with our families, friends, and business associates? How can we set ourselves free from the pressures of perfection and empower ourselves, and each other, through transparency?
About the Speaker | Amber Taggard
Owner and Founder of The Organizer Chicks, Amber Taggard is a Professional Organizer, time-management coach, and public speaker. She holds an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health, and is passionate about using her counseling psychology background to help people improve their mental and emotional health.
Professional highlights for her include being a contributor to Forbes, giving a TED Talk, and being a Better Business Bureau “Torch Award for Ethics” winner. Amber and her husband Justen have four children and two rescue pups, and they love living in Northwest Arkansas.
Who Should Attend?
All women in business are encouraged to attend whether you work in a professional office environment or run a machine in a manufacturing facility. This program is designed so that all women can participate.

Parking Instructions - When you arrive at the building, pull into the parking garage between Ruth's Chris and 1st National Bank, and follow it up to the top floor. You can enter the building through the rooftop of the parking garage.
