Northwest Arkansas Business Center in Lowell acquired by investor group with local ties.
New brokerage ready to lease available office space to nearby companies
Rogers, Ark. – June 23, 2020 – NWA Business Center, LLC, announces the purchase of the Northwest Arkansas Business Park on Enterprise Drive in Lowell. The Business Center includes three, three-story, multi-tenant office buildings totaling over 108 thousand square feet. It is strategically located off I-49 at Exit 78, less than a mile from J.B. Hunt Corporate headquarters and a mile from the XNA Northern Bypass.
The new ownership group is led by Cosby Hodges, a longtime Fort Smith resident who now resides in Fort Worth, TX. Clinton Bennett of Bennett Commercial Real Estate will serve as the leasing agent and asset manager stated, “Our goal is to offer high quality, actively managed and well maintained modern office spaces to companies that would benefit from operating their business from a location that is in the center of this rapidly expanding NWA market. NWA Business Center, LLC purchased the property from Lowell Park Plaza Office Partners, LLC, an investment group, who has owned it since 2012. The property will continue to me managed by Colliers International.
