Join us for free and low-cost Experience Workshops on food, art, music and outdoors as they "pop-up" at downtown merchants and around beautiful Lake Atalanta as part of the Good Life Experience at Frisco Festival activities.
Choose from a variety of experiential learning topics like beer-making, artmaking, cooking, yoga, wine-tasting and more.

Downtown Rogers businesses are also joining the Chamber in offering free and low-cost Experience Workshops throughout the community in conjunction with those offered by the Chamber. Create a virtual t-shirt design, experience olive oil and balsamic vinegar tastings, create an illuminated firefly door hanger, compete in alley cat bike races, and more. Family Fun Yoga
at Spark Yoga & Coaching (111 W. Walnut St.)
Session 1 is from 1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Session 2 is from 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
$10 Registration Fee per Session (Max of 12 people per session)
Tap into your inner child, and have a playdate with the kids! No experience necessary. This will be a creative, lighthearted and interactive experience that will allow you to connect with your family in a new way. Instructor Teri Devlin Maddox from Spark Yoga & Coaching will be leading this event. Make memories, laugh and play! A limited amount of mats will be available, so bring your own if you can. Please arrive early to fill out waiver.
Physical Therapy: Can it be a Cure for What Ails You? presented by Northwest Health

How can physical therapy make you stronger - as a weekend warrior, a semi-professional athlete or in just conquering life? Some therapies may help you conquer joint pain or injury, build a stronger heart or lungs, or strengthen your pelvic floor after childbirth. Learn more about how excellent physical therapy may can save you money, recover from injury faster and possibly even help you prevent or delay surgery. Physical therapists are trained to assist people in gaining (or regaining), sometimes following an injury or illness. They also help people with conditions such as: Arthritis, Back or shoulder pain, Knee or Hip Pain, Cerebral palsy, Osteoporosis (weak bones), Spinal cord injury, and Stroke.
Licensed therapists use a variety of treatments, with a focus on physical activity and exercise. Goals can include:
1) Strengthening muscles that are weak from lack of use.
2) Providing instruction on using muscles correctly to minimize pain or avoid injury.
3) Helping stiff joints move again.
Walking Beer Tour
at Hawk Moth Brewing (710 N. 2nd St.), Studio 300 (300 N. 2nd St.), Ozark Beer Company (109 N. Arkansas St.) and Brick Street Brews (208 W. Walnut St.)
1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
$20 Registration Fee (Max of 20 people 21 years and older)
This experience will take you on a tour of some of downtown Rogers' finest beer establishments. The tour begins at 1:30 p.m. at Hawk Moth Brewing where you will receive a 5 oz. pour of your choice. Next, visit Studio 300 at 2:00 p.m. where they will be serving products from Diamond Bear Brewing Company. Ozark Beer Company will follow that at 2:30 p.m. and you'll receive a 5 oz. pour of an Ozark beer or cider. Lastly, the walking tour will conclude at Brick Street Brews at 3:00 p.m. where you will enjoy a flight of four Arkansas-made craft beers. As a thank you for participating, Visit Rogers will send everyone home with a souvenir pint glass.
Wine Pairing Class presented by Carrabba's Italian Grill
at Hark and Herald Co (120 W. Walnut St.)

This experience will showcase how to successfully pair wine and food, and feature many examples of what to look for in a good pairing. Will feature wine and food/beverages to emulate the sweet/salty/acidic/etc. flavors of different types of dishes. Carrabba's will be bringing five different wines along with things like cheese, meatballs, chocolate and different juices as examples of both good and not too good pairings. This will be an interactive tasting event where each person will be able to sample for themselves and follow along with Carrabba's tasting mat.
Salsa de Molcajete Demonstration presented by Yeyo's Mezcaleria & Taqueria
at Yeyo's 1907 (101 E. Walnut St.)

Chef Rios will be hosting a demonstration on how to make Salsa de Molcajete. A Molcajete is a traditional Mexican version of the mortar and pestle, similar to the South American batan. During this class, Chef Rios will teach guests how to make the traditional salsa, using fresh and local ingredients, how to char the ingredients and prepare them as a salsa using the Molcajete tool. Duration of the class will be about an hour and guests will have the opportunity to have a Q & A with Chef Rios and enjoy the salsa with homemade chips from Yeyo's.
Coffee Talk + Tasting presented by Onyx Coffee Lab
at Onyx Coffee Lab (101 E. Walnut Street)
3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Free Event but Registration Required (Max 15 people)
This intimate presentation by Onyx Coffee Lab will be held in their Dry Storage area inside of the 1907 building. It will feature their Director of Special Events, Joshua Edens presenting on how their coffee is sourced as well as going through and tasting single origin offerings on the menu.
