Event Details
We are a part of an international non-profit support group for stay-at-home moms (Moms Offering Moms Support). As one of several chapters in Northwest Arkansas, we believe we are making a difference by choosing to stay home to raise our children.
The MOMS Club is unique in that we welcome children at all of our activities. Most of our events are held during the day to provide an opportunity to share activities with other at home MOMS and their children. Our group takes field trips to many great places in the area, offers park/playgroup play days, works on service projects to benefit needy children in our community, and offers a few family holiday parties. Every month also has activity groups like make and take crafts, book group, breakfast club, lunch bunch, Durham’s open gym, music class, and MOMS night out.
Dues for the club are $24 a year to cover operational costs. Prospective members are encouraged to attend the monthly member meeting to get an idea of the planned activities and what the MOMS Club is all about at Fun City the 3rd Thursday of the month at 10:30.
Being an at-home mom is the toughest job anyone could ever have, but it is also the most wonderful. The time will go way too fast, learn to enjoy the most precious moments as they grow, with our group. We look forward to happy, healthy, loved kids and moms.
