APT Season 38 Sponsorships Are Now Available

For the past thirty seven years, Arkansas Public Theatre (APT), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, has served as a community-based organization that believes performing arts are an essential part of a healthy community and vibrant economy. Arkansas Public Theatre at The Victory Theater presents high caliber productions with volunteer actors, directors, designers and technicians from our region.

The organization is thankful for season ticket holders, donors, partners, and ticket holders. This continued support is vital to the existence of APT. Their future promises greater community development and initiatives, while maintaining their productions’ relevancy in keeping our community alive and inspired.

Earth Day is celebrated each year in April and we would like to highlight some of the businesses that are making efforts to reduce the impact they are having on our environment. One such effort is Honeycomb Kitchen Shop’s partnership with Ozark Compost & Swap to collect food waste from their cooking classes to be used for composting.

The 3rd year of the Rogers Short Film Festival returns to the beautiful and historic Victory Theater in Downtown Rogers, Friday – Sunday, March 3 – 5. Presented by StudioChunky and Arkansas Public Theatre, films juried into the festival include narrative, documentary, experimental, and animation films with awards based on age and skill-specific categories.

The third annual Rogers Short Film Festival invites filmmakers of all ages to compete in categories based on experience and budget. The event provides an opportunity for creatives from across the country and internationally to convene in Downtown Rogers to meet one another, network, and have a platform for their films. Short films, with a run time of 30 minutes or less, are juried into the festival and screened at the historic Victory Theater. The event dates are March 3 – 5, 2023, Categories include: K-12 Student, Postsecondary Student, Amateur, and Professional. Film submissions and sponsorship opportunities are open now.
