Tracy Alexander, the founder and owner, and her team have shown resilience and dedication after suffering a massive inventory loss due to tornado damage at their previous location at the Southeast corner of 2nd and West Walnut Street.

Maryanne Stewart has always excelled at dreaming big, but executing those dreams did not come easily. "If you knew me before I started this journey, you would know I was the most timid and nervous person there ever was," she explained. You wouldn't know it today as she exudes energy and enthusiasm for helping clients and making beautiful furniture. 

Growing up, Stewart loved everything about design, from architecture to home decor. She knew early on, one day she would end up doing something in the design field. She founded Modest Method to provide design services and beautiful spaces to people who couldn't afford extravagant upgrades. Then, COVID happened, and things shifted a bit. She decided to focus more on furniture and curated pieces than spaces, and continue to offer affordable products through her process and products.

In early 2020 Vania and Mark Greco began making candles as a hobby. However, it wasn't long before Vania was inspired to start a business even though--or perhaps, because--the pandemic was in full swing. The young entrepreneurs began selling their products in pop-up shops and farmers markets throughout Northwest Arkansas. The popularity of their products continued to grow, and they made the decision to open the storefront at at 112 N 3rd Street in Downtown Rogers.

David and Holly King decided to pursue an adventure in jewelry design and repair in NW Arkansas in late 2019.  As a self-taught jeweler with a background in mechanics and metalsmithing, David began to build a business model to help solve the perception that owning custom jewelry is only for the affluent. “Custom jewelry should be available for anyone wanting to express their personality or style without an inflated price tag,” explained Holly. The couple designs each individual piece with the customer in mind using their skills and talent to make each piece unique. 2nd Street Outpost and Outfitters is making a whisper soft noise with an exciting new line of electric two and four-wheel vehicles. The addition of the boom!MOTO line of e-bikes caused the Downtown Rogers shop to expand from their retail location at 702 N 2nd Street into a showroom—a few steps West and located along the Railyard Loop—at 203 W Wood Street.
