LISA Academy Rogers-Bentonville Welcomes New Principals to Lead Elementary and Middle-High Campuses

LISA Academy is thrilled to announce new leadership at both of its Rogers-Bentonville campuses, located on South Horsebarn Road in Rogers, Arkansas. As our growing K–12 public charter school continues to deliver exceptional STEM-focused, college-preparatory education to Northwest Arkansas families, we are proud to welcome two experienced and passionate educators: Mr. Ismail Dilber, M.Ed., as Principal of LISA Rogers-Bentonville Elementary, and Mr. Mahmut Koca, M.Ed., as Principal of LISA Rogers-Bentonville Middle-High.

Meet Mr. Ismail Dilber – Principal of LISA Rogers-Bentonville Elementary
Mr. Dilber brings a warm, welcoming spirit to the elementary campus. With a clear vision to build strong academic foundations in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment, Mr. Dilber emphasizes the importance of early learning and family partnerships. “We believe in building a strong foundation for future success—beginning right here in elementary school,” he shares. His commitment to fostering meaningful family engagement ensures that every student feels seen, supported, and ready to grow.

Meet Mr. Mahmut Koca – Principal of LISA Rogers-Bentonville Middle-High
Leading the middle and high school students is Mr. Mahmut Koca, who is dedicated to helping learners unlock their potential and pursue excellence in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and computing (STEM-C). “By selecting a STEM-C school,” Koca says, “families are placing their children on a path toward long-term success.” With a focus on leadership, innovation, and college readiness, Mr. Koca is eager to build strong partnerships with families to guide students on their journey to becoming the next generation of changemakers.
