| Lasang Pinoy’s 2024 debut was delayed after a devastating tornado destroyed their original space, but the spirit of Filipino cuisine lived on through a vibrant 3-month pop-up at Proof Downtown, where the community gathered to savor and celebrate the flavors of home. |
Lasang Pinoy’s highly anticipated 2024 opening came to an unexpected halt when a tornado in May devastated their buildout—ripping off the roof, tearing down walls, and leaving the space completely uninhabitable.
