Reasons to Celebrate Downtown Rogers

Posted by: Karen Wagaman on Wednesday, March 26, 2025

Downtown Rogers, Arkansas, is home to a vibrant community of locally owned businesses which is cause for celebration! And, there are even MORE reasons to celebrate!

  • March 29 is designated as Mom and Pop Business Owners Day, a day to appreciate the hard work and dedication it takes to run a small business.

  • The 2025 Downtown Rogers (DTR) map are in! This handy map, published by NWA Media/The Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette, identifies 125 mom and pop establishments—though the actual number is likely more than twice that, including professional services like realtors, attorneys, medical professionals, salons, and vendors.

  • Locally owned businesses are more than just storefronts—they are run by our neighbors, friends, and families, contributing to the unique charm and character of our Downtown.

  • Supporting LOCAL means more than just shopping! Shopping locally doesn’t just sustain the economy; it strengthens our community and keeps our city thriving.

A special shout-out to the Downtown Rogers business owners who chose to advertise in the 2025 Downtown Rogers map. It is only through their generous support that this useful print publication is possible. Their contributions help showcase the incredible variety of local businesses that make our community unique.
