Tasty treats: From grilled pineapple goat cheese flatbread to ostrich skewers with truffle aioli, each dish has been thoughtfully paired to highlight the flavors of the evening’s wine selection. General Manager Charlee Arnett shares her passion for wine and food pairing, ensuring guests not only enjoy a delicious meal but also learn how different flavor profiles can transform the tasting experience.
