Bikes Blues & BBQ Rally Week festivities in Downtown Rogers brings excitement with plenty of activities and opportunities for both locals and visitors. Here’s a summary of the key information:

Event Overview:

Bikes, Blues and BBQ is the world's largest charity motorcycle rally, returns to Northwest Arkansas September 18 - 21, 2024. Bikes, Blues, and BBQ is  501c3 Non-profit motorcycle rally with a purpose that benefits women, children, and the underserved members of the Northwest Arkansas community.  Since the first Bikes, Blues, and BBQ in 2000, the organization has donated in excess of $3 million to local non-profit organizations. 

Live Music

  • Rally Week music returns to Butterfield Stage.

Expanded Vendor/Food Truck Area

  • Vendors and food trucks return to Railyard Plaza as well as along Arkansas Street North of the Railyard Play Ground, South of the Butterfield Stage and in Railyard Bike Park
  • Frisco Inferno BBQ Competition:
    • Location: First Street south of Cherry Street, adjacent to the Frisco Caboose.
    • Dates: Friday, September 20, and Saturday, September 21.
    • Purpose: Fundraiser for the Rotary Club of Downtown Rogers.
    • Note: This is the official BBQ competition for Bikes Blues & BBQ.

Below is the Rally Week map as it relates to Downtown Rogers.

Street Closures:

  • Full Closure (RED):
    • Streets: East Cherry Street and one block of West Poplar between S 1st Street and S Arkansas Street.
    • Dates: 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 18 until midnight on Saturday, September 21.
    • Purpose: Ensure safe access to Rally Week vendors in Railyard Bike Park and for motorcycle test drives.
  • Frisco Inferno Specific Closures:
    • Streets: First Street south of Cherry Street.
    • Dates: Friday, September 20 and Saturday, September 21 only.
  • Conditional Closures:
    • Orange Zone: Open to all traffic but with motorcycle-only parking from 5 p.m. - midnight on Thursday and Friday, and noon - midnight on Saturday.
    • Yellow Zone: Motorcycle-only traffic during the same hours as the Orange Zone.

Additional Details:

  • Rally Week Center: BB & BBQ's activities are centered in Downtown Rogers.
  • Additional Rally Week destinations in Rogers include motorcycle vendor sponsored events on Hudson Road
  • Riders will also be enjoying rides and amenities in Eureka Springs, Fayetteville, Springdale and beyond.
  • See the Ride Maps provided by Bikes Blues & BBQ. 
  • Promotion: BB & BBQ is promoting local shopping, dining, and drinking with a QR code linking to an Interactive Google Map.
  • Downtown Rogers Interactive Google Map: Features categories like Eat & Drink, Drinks, Shopping, Points of Interest, and Hair & Tattoo Salons.

Social Media and Marketing:

  • Hop on and ride: Interested businesses are encourages to welcome bikers
    • Post "Welcome Bikers" on signs, banners and social media
    • Use these hashtags: @bikesbluesbbq, @DestinationRogers, @GoDowntownRogers on Social Media so others can share
