Registration is now open for the 9th Annual Frisco Inferno, the Official BBQ Competition of Bikes, Blues & BBQ Motorcycle Rally, hosted in Downtown Rogers on Sep 20-21. This event is a fantastic opportunity to "Smoke The Competition" and support a great cause.

Competition Details:

• Entry Fee: $250 per team, includes pork butts, turkey breasts and cooked sausage and two complimentary tickets to the event.

• Awards: Compete for the coveted Judges’ Choice and People’s Choice award in both categories.

• New This Year: Two tasting events across two days.

The Awards:

A group of individual, non-partisan judges for each of the meat category will sample the participants’ fare and determine who has cooked the best smoked meat. Through voting, the judges will determine the winners for each category of meat. Each category will be awarded:

• $1,000 for First Place

• $500 for Second Place

• $250 for Third Place

🏆The Judges’ Choice Trophy
There are two ways to be a winner this year in the “Judges’ Choice Award” for pork and turkey.

🏆The “People’s Choice Award”
Tasters will determine their favorite pork or turkey offering from the teams and cast their vote for the People’s Choice Award.

🏆Best Sauce Award
New for this year!  This year we have decided to extend the tasting festivities into Friday evening with a sauce competition.

Event Schedule:

• Friday, Sep 20: Sauce Competition from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

• Saturday, Sep 21: Smoked Meat Competitions from 12:30 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
