Proof Downtown, a visionary project by Canoe Concepts, provides a fully-equipped kitchen designed as a blank canvas for culinary creatives. This platform allows new restaurants to test and perfect their concepts with minimal risk. Founded by Rogers’ serial entrepreneur Hannah Cicioni, Proof Downtown supports and nurtures emerging culinary talent.

Owner and founder, Ate Maria Smith shared, “our mission is to provide an authentic taste of the Philippines, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued as part of our extended family.
