The DTR Quad Squad Joins Chamber Small Business Council

Four Downtown Rogers business professionals have been named to the Rogers Lowell Chamber’s 2024 Small Business Council. They join this group of community leaders to serve as the voice of the small business community and provide guidance to the Rogers Lowell Chamber.  The Small Business Council is comprised of approximately two dozen chamber members who either work for or run small businesses throughout Northwest Arkansas.

Mission | Promoting sustainable growth for small businesses through awareness, diversity, and education.

Vision | The Small Business Council will distinguish itself as a leader in redefining resource delivery for the promotion of economic development.

Tasks

  • Be the voice of small business for the Rogers and Lowell area
  • Provide guidance to Chamber staff on the needs of area small businesses
  • Select/present the Chamber's Outstanding Small Business of the Quarter
  • Select/Present the Chamber's Small Business of the Year Recipient
  • Interview area small business to promote during Small Business Week 2024
  • Create the 2024 Chamber Small Business Survey
  • Craft and host the bi-monthly Chamber Tutorial

 

Kayla Norris, Owner

Kayla Norris owns a small marketing business dedicated to helping other small businesses reach their full potential. She became a member of the Small Business Council to network and collaborate with like-minded entrepreneurs and loves making connections within the local business community. She is passionate about community engagement and wants to contribute to a supportive ecosystem for sustainable growth in Rogers.

 

Chandler Bray, Attorney
Miller, Butler, Schneider, Pawlik, & Rozzell

Chandler is an attorney and focuses primarily on civil litigation. She graduated from the Chamber’s the First Leadership program in High School. She and her husband recently moved back to Rogers from central Arkansas. She joined the Small Business Council because she is motivated to improve Rogers in any capacity. As a new lawyer at a small law firm in Rogers, she is especially dedicated to community, and enthusiastic about serving on the Small Business Council.

 

 

Kerbie Lansford, Owner
The Frame Shoppe

The Frame Shoppe has been a local resource since 1975. Kerbie Lansford purchased the business in 2016 and is passionate about a business owner’s ability to curate the life they want while serving the community. As a mom, it has been important to have flexibility in her schedule for when life happens. The Small Business Council will allow her to get more involved with the community and she is especially excited to represent the female business owners who are also moms.

Michael Crum, Owner
Magnolia Cycles
216 E Chestnut St.

Magnolia Cycles is a community-oriented bicycle shop that offers their own custom built bikes and lines of bikes and accessories. Michael has a full service bike shop to meet the needs of every individual. He joined the Small Business Council to meet and connect with more local small business owners, share ideas, and look for ways to improve small business and community involvement.

We would like to thank all of our Small Business Council members, Chamber Ambassadors, Board Members, and all volunteers, for going the extra mile to support our business community, their fellow Chamber members and our mission.
