A Family Affair: When you meet David Buttecali, you will immediately recognize his passion for the real estate industry. With 42 years experience, he understands the need to keep balance with family, work, and community.
Gearing Up: He has a ton of energy and seemingly handles the balancing act with ease--or maybe with the help of a lot of coffee. (He swears he only drinks two cups each morning, but we have to wonder!) The family part comes naturally as the brokerage firm includes his wife, Donna; son, Skylar, and son-in-law, Kurt Rogers.
Connecting With Community: Buttecali didn't waste any time connecting in the community when he moved with his family to Northwest Arkansas. Some of his community involvement includes: serving as a Gold Sponsor for the 2023 Rogers Short Film Festival, as well as a sponsor for the DTR Community Craw Fish Fest, NWA Commercial Real Estate Meetup, and the Eureka Springs Community Center.

Prior to his arrival in Arkansas, he spent 40+ years in real estate brokerage and finance including major companies in Texas, Washington, DC, and Virginia. Buttecali founded the Andora Group in 2004 based in The Woodlands, TX, near his hometown of Houston.

Since then, Andora has evolved into a full service commercial and residential brokerage, property management and investment company. Maintaining a small office in Texas, David and family relocated permanently to Northwest Arkansas in 2021 and set up shop in the former Friendly Bookstore building on North 2nd Street in downtown Rogers. The move to NWA was a long-time goal of both David and Donna as they traveled for many years to the area and fell in love with the quality of life and attitude of the people here.

Andora Real Estate is truly a family enterprise with his son, Skylar and son-in-law, Kurt Rogers, working actively as agents in the Rogers office. Additionally, David's wife, Donna Buttecali, serves as Director of Marketing & Community Affairs.
Background: The evolution of the name, “Andora,” was originally based on the desire to have a company name that began with “A” to appear high in phone books and registries. The name needed to be unique and associated with high quality. David’s wife, Donna, suggested Andora, similar to the name of a small country “Andorra” in the Pyrenees Mountains situated between Spain and France, known internationally for it’s beauty and high quality lifestyle and commerce. So, they dropped an “r” and the name Andora was born.
What's Next: Andora Real Estate is celebrating with a Ribbon Cutting by the Rogers Lowell Chamber at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 23. But if you can't make that, you are welcome to stop by their office at 401 N 2nd Street North 2nd Street anytime. contact them any time by phone, 479.367.3106 or email, [email protected], to discuss your real estate situation in more detail.
