Register your team and compete in the 8th Annual Frisco Inferno Barbecue Competition, the official BBQ competition of Bikes, Blues & BBQ. Presented by the Rotary Club of Downtown Rogers, four person teams are invited to compete Friday, September 22 and Saturday, September 23. Each team will compete for The Judges’ Choice Awards which include trophies and cash prizes in two categories of smoked meat—pork and turkey.
- $1,000 for First Place
- $500 for Second Place
- $250 for Third Place

New this year is the opportunity to purchase a VIP Pit Pass. Pit Pass Patrons (say that three times fast!) get an extra hour for the tasting and the exclusive privilege to vote for the People’s Choice Awards in each of the two meat categories.
The competition begins when teams pick up their meat on Friday, September 22 and commence to do their magic. When the smoke clears, BBQ lovers will be treated to tasty samples during the ticketed public tasting on Saturday, September 23. The event has evolved over the years to become the official barbecue competition of Bikes Blues and BBQ, the world’s largest charity motorcycle rally.
Frisco Inferno is the primary fundraiser of the Rotary Club of Downtown Rogers. Motorcycle riders, barbecue lovers and music fans will find a welcoming community in the heart of Downtown Rogers. The public is invited to purchase packs of ticket to sample smoked pork and turkey prepared by teams made up of corporate groups, backyard barbecue experts, restaurant owners and all others with a need to feed.
The ticketed public tasting event takes place Saturday, September 23 near the Frisco Caboose at S 1st Street and W Poplar Street in Downtown Rogers. The VIP Pit Pass tasting takes place from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. The general tasting event is from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Additional Activities include live music on the Butterfield Stage provided by Bikes Blues & BBQ. 2023 marks the 2nd year Bikes, Blues & BBQ will make Rogers their home base after more than two decades in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The nationally recognized rally attracts motorcyclists from around North America to the entire Northwest Arkansas area. But the attraction isn’t limited to the rally week. Riders are attracted to the region all year long, enjoying the hospitality of Northwest Arkansas and the scenic, winding highways—from the stunning views of Eureka Springs to the rolling Boston Mountains and River Valley near Fort Smith.
The Pig Trail Scenic Byway is said to be one of Arkansas’s premier rides and USA Today lists this ride as one of the top 10 rides in America. The rugged and forested Boston Mountains region of the Ozark Mountains provides the setting for this route, which often runs through a tunnel of foliage and wildflowers during the spring, sunny lake attractions in the summer and autumn fall foliage.
