Ozark Beer Company, Yeyo's and Pink House Alchemy are among a select group of businesses invited to Washington D.C. by The Smithsonian Institution to participate in a celebration of the Ozarks. "Visitors to the 2023 Smithsonian Folklife Festival will experience the cultural landscape of the Ozarks region of the U.S. with the program The Ozarks: Faces and Facets of a Region."
The event, set for June 29 to July 4 and July 6 to 9, takes place on the National Mall between 12th and 14th streets. Musicians, dancers, cooks, artisans, and storytellers are part of the program. The festival is produced by the Smithsonian’s Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage and presented in collaboration with the National Park Service. The program will feature large-scale murals and a custom-built mountain bike trail, music jam sessions and performances, dance and craft workshops, food and plant knowledge demonstrations, and curated discussions.

The marketplace will feature Ozark Beer Company with a curated collection of craft brews that represents the region’s entrepreneurship and creative spirit. "At Ozark Beer, we are thrilled and honored to help present a contemporary snapshot of our corner of the Ozarks on the National Mall this summer," shared Marty Shutter, Marketing Director for Ozark Beer Co. "Our story is inextricably linked to the Ozarks, and we are sharing how collaboration; be it locally, regionally and even nationally, is vital to not only business, but community growth," he continued. "We firmly believe the Ozarks are a beacon of success...with our history of struggle, hard work and more recently, our immeasurable global impact and growth. We plan to use our beer, collaboration and presentations as venues to share those stories."

Other Ozarkers featured for their culinary offerings are: Emily Lawson (Pink House Alchemy) and Rafael Rios (Yeyo’s). And, you may also recognize Silver Dollar City/Branson area comedian, Terry Wayne Sanders, and The Ozark Mountain Daredevils performing a live concert on July 4.
