Specialized Real Estate Group is celebrating the ground breaking during a ceremony Thursday, February Feb. 23, in Downtown Rogers. First Street Flats is the first ground-up, large-scale, multi-family community to be constructed in Downtown Rogers. The ceremony will take place at the development site at 401 1st St., Rogers, Ark, in the Water Tower District.

Designed by Modus Studio, First Street Flats will supply 121 units made up of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units with adaptable spaces. The development will offer a prime location for accessibility to outdoor recreation, an easy commute to Bentonville or Fayetteville, and connected districts in the future.

Specialized Real Estate Group makes an effort to use existing structures in downtown areas to maintain the neighborhood's history. First Street Flats will utilize part of an existing structure on the site as a central gathering space and amenity building for residents and neighbors alike. This structure was the original home of the Ozark Cider and Vinegar Company. It will host an on-site plunge pool, co-working space, coffee bar, and additional storage for outdoor recreation rentals.
