Pedal It Forward invites the community to join them in Downtown Rogers on July 23, 2022 for a celebration of the world’s best bike films with a screening at Arkansas Public Theatre. This event will feature short film selections from the Filmed By Bike festival, raffle prizes from local sponsors, pre and post-event gatherings for ticket holders, food, beverage, and opportunities to connect with people and organizations from within Northwest AR bike culture. All proceeds from the evening will benefit Pedal It Forward’s mission. Pre and post screening networking is also scheduled. 

Pedal It Forward NWA was started by a group of local cyclists who love riding and enjoy the beauty of Northwest Arkansas. They wanted to find a way to help everyone feel the joy and freedom that comes with having a bike. So, a call went out for bike donations. What began with a simple call for donations turned into a great amount of support and enthusiasm from our community. They have repaired and delivered thousands of bikes to children, families and veterans in need since they began in late 2014 and have donated more than 4,500 bikes to those in need. 

You are invited to connect with this non-profit organization, whether you need a bike for yourself or someone you know, want to contribute a bike or monetary donation, volunteer or attend their events. Visit their website and social media to stay in touch and make a difference in our community. 

The response from the community was overwhelming and continues to this day. With the help of local organizations, our program collects, refurbishes, then distributes free or low-cost bicycles to those who can’t afford them.

Downtown Slow Roll: 4:30 p.m. 
Downtown Rogers slow roll with host Marley Blonsky of @Allbodiesonbikes, Phat Tire Rogers, 318 S 1st St

Pre-Show Happy Hour: 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Phat Tire Rogers, 318 S 1st Street 

Main Event: 6:30 p.m. Show Time at the Arkansas Public Theatre at the Victory Theater, 116 S 2nd Street

Afterparty: 8:00 p.m. (ish) Pedal It Forward shop in Rogers, 315 W Olive Street (Behind the RAC) with cocktails from Axe and The Oak Distillery

Raffle tickets will be available to purchase on-site. Prizes from local bike supporting businesses will be given away.
