NWA Emerging Leaders Offers Mix of Business & Fun in 2021

Posted by: Justin Freeman on Wednesday, January 13, 2021

Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders (NWAEL) exists to connect and engage the up-and-coming talent in Northwest Arkansas through personal and professional development experiences. Membership is open to anyone in Northwest Arkansas that has a desire to get involved in the community, expand their leadership skills, and become engaged in the program of work. There are no ongoing requirements or minimum participation levels. The program is part of the Chamber’s Community Development mission work.

Personal and Professional Development
NWAEL’s top priority is to infuse new talent with existing leadership and inspire action. The premise is to actively seek ways and means to give ready, willing, and able future leaders the training and platforms required to transition them into long-term, impactful positions for our community. This is achieved by offering members a variety of personal and professional development opportunities through the NWA Young Professional Summit, LEAD NWA Series, Board Service Certification Training, and Political Service Training.

Connecting Young Professionals
Another priority of NWAEL is to connect future leaders to other up-and-coming leaders by hosting multiple happy hours and socials throughout the calendar year. NWAEL partners with organizations such as Leisurlist to offer one-of-a-kind experiences. View a full calendar of events and programming at NWAEmergingLeaders.com.
