Hustle in Heels the Newest Initiative from the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce

Posted by: JustinFreeman on Wednesday, October 25, 2017
Hustle In Heels: Ladies Lead NWA is an initiative of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce dedicated to empowering, educating, and connecting women with a modern approach to professional and business development.  Under the umbrella of the Rogers-Lowell Chamber Small Business Council, Hustle In Heels was formed by a group of NWA women. Its member-driven programs intend to offer local subject matter experts with an interactive focus for enterprising businesswomen. It strives to connect the region's leaders in economic and business growth with one another.  All women in business are encouraged to attend whether you work in a professional office environment or run a machine in a manufacturing facility (#HeelsNotRequired). Every program is designed so that all women can participate. This initiative is not to replace other women-centered associations in the area but is intended to supplement them by providing presentations on relevant topics, small group discussion opportunities, networking, and occasions for relationship development for women who are interested in personal engagement and parallel learning. The programs are interactive and conversation-driven. Every woman will leave with something they can implement in their professional or personal lives after every event. The inaugural event, "Kick Off Your Heels," will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. at The Grand at 117, located at 117 W. Walnut St. in Rogers. Sponsored by The Grand at 117 and Cooking Studio of Downtown Rogers, It will provide information on the mission and long-term vision for the group. Chamber membership is not required to attend. There will be a cash bar at the event. The event is free but registration is requested through the Chamber’s website. For more information, follow Hustle in Heels on Facebook.
