High Street Real Estate & Development has broken ground on the Ritter and Spool Apartments, an exciting new addition to Downtown Rogers. Located at two corners of South 1st Street and West Chestnut Street, the development will feature two three-story buildings with a total of 45 modern apartment units. The construction is being handled by Buffalo Builders LLC, a Little Rock-based company specializing in multi-family and residential developments.
