Eligible businesses include those that were closed and/or had restricted operations due directly to the Executive Order by the Governor or an Arkansas Department of Health Directive.

Apply Online Starting November 16
Examples of eligible businesses include hotels, hair salons, nail salons, restaurants, health clubs, bars, spas, large indoor and outdoor venues. Grants can be awarded for up to $250,000. NOTE: This is not first-come, first-served as applications will not be reviewed until after the application period has ended, but you should apply as soon as possible to ensure you have all the required documents.

Businesses may seek reimbursement for expenses that have NOT previously been reimbursed by Federal & State grants/loans (no double dipping). You can still apply even if you have already received an EIDL, PPP loan, or Ready for Business grant BUT... you cannot seek reimbursement for the same expenses that EIDL, PPP loan, or Ready for Business grant funds were issued for.
