Statement on the Passing of Jim Welch, Former Parks Department Director

Rogers, Ark. – October 4th, 2023 – We join with the Rogers community to mourn the passing of Mr. Jim Welch. Jim has left a mark on the City of Rogers, and his contributions to our Parks and Recreation system are immeasurable. Jim dedicated two decades of his life to serving the residents of Rogers as the Director of Parks and Recreation.

Float Applications Being Accepted for the Rogers Christmas Parade

Rogers, Ark. – September 13th, 2023 – The City of Rogers, along with partners The Rotary Clubs of Rogers and First National Bank NWA are excited for the upcoming Rogers Christmas parade. Applications for floats are now being accepted. The parade will follow its customary route and take place on its traditional date, the first Friday in December.
