Rogers, Ark. – February 27th, 2024 – Mayor Hines issued his 2024 State of the City presentation before the City Council on Tuesday, February 27th. Topics ranged from economic development and public safety to arts and culture and quality of life in Rogers. There was an emphasis on growth and looking to the future. Mayor Hines reflected on major accomplishments and goals for each city department.
