Mayor Greg Hines is excited to announce the City of Rogers has acquired naming rights for the convention center, formerly known as the John Q. Hammons Center, on South Pinnacle Hills Parkway in Uptown Rogers. It’s part of an agreement with JDHQ Hotels LLC and is now known as The Rogers Convention Center.
An art exhibit by students from four Rogers middle schools takes place in advance of Indigenous Peoples Day as part of the October Art on the Bricks Art Walk in Downtown Rogers. Students studied the cultural origins of totems by North American Indigenous people and created their own cultural totems.
